Off to a good start

It would seem that early indications for 2010 are that it will be a good year.  I am just home  from my first night shift at the medic job for the year and we did not have one job.  Not even a crackle on the radio.  Despite the warning of my partner who has been having a run of bad fortune as of late we started the new year off with a fizzle.  It was a nice change.
