Why Mom and Dad will get sicker from Obama Care

Thanks to the intrepid H. Carl Farvman for pointing this story out to me. We all worry as Mom and Dad get older.  The blue collar families among us (I am one) thought we were fairly set for life.  While compulsory Medicare becomes our primary coverage at sixty five, health benefits won through our unions has left many of us with secondary coverage.  It was thought to be more than enough to ensure good health care until we leave this world.  Apparently we were wrong about this.

Two weeks ago the Mayo Clinic shocked the nation when it closed the doors of one of its Arizona clinics to patients on Medicare. Just this past June President Obama himself praised Mayo as a model of medical efficiency noting that Mayo gives “the highest quality care at costs well below the national norm.” If Mayo feels compelled to walk away from this government-run program, others will surely follow. The nation must understand why.

It is worth your time to read this article and discover that physicians are not price gouging.  In fact, they are paid a bare minimum when providing their services to Medicare patients.  And it is going to get a lot worse if the Obamacrats have their way.  This very important article is here.
