When it comes to greenhouse-gas emissions, Energy Secretary Steven Chu sees Americans as unruly teenagers and the Administration as the parent that will have to teach them a few lessons.
Let us see what lessons are learned in November when we voters, who the Libs assume don't know how to employ our rights as free citizens, revolt against quasi science and "parental authority".
