WILMINGTON, Del. — Delaware state police say they've received more reports of people being hit by blow darts.
The first report of a person struck by a blow dart was Tuesday morning when a 36-year-old bicyclist was hit in Pike Creek.
Would I be out of line to suggest they take a look at the local pygmie tribe first?
