Sounds like a job for the man from Maricopa County. After a large riot in a medium security prison in Kentucky a fair amount of the complex was destroyed by an arson fire set by the inmates.
During the riot, the inmates set fire to a number of buildings. Cochran said six buildings — the kitchen, multipurpose area, sanitation, visitation area, canteen and medical services — were total losses. The rioting stopped after a Kentucky State Police special response team fired tear gas.
Probably nothing a winter spent in tents wearing pink underwear and eating baloney sandwiches could not cure. The rest at the link.
